Mesh-Up is designed to fit most standard office chairs with a typical backrest. In the full spec sheet, you would see recommended dimensions and examples of compatible chair styles.
Eye-Q works great on its own for awareness of screen distance. Mesh-Up adds a physical nudge. The bundle connects them into a loop, which is the recommended experience if you are starting fresh.
The vibration is tuned to be gentle and brief, just enough to catch your attention without breaking deep focus. Intensity and frequency can be configurable in the software layer.
